Motorized Roller Shades for a Waterfront Bedroom in Bellevue

After remodeling a Bellevue primary bedroom and bath with new energy-efficient windows, the homeowner still needed better control of afternoon heat from the west-facing exposure. A clean, modern roller-shade look was also a priority.

We installed Alta roller shades with Somfy automation. The motorized system makes the wide windows easy to operate, while the selected shade fabric helps manage sunlight. A black aluminum fascia coordinates with the black window frames and trim.

The finished installation supports better heat and light control while maintaining the sleek appearance the homeowner wanted for the remodeled bedroom.
