Motorized Solar and Roller Shades for a Condo in Queen Anne, Seattle
A newly purchased Queen Anne condo had sweeping skyline and Space Needle views but needed better sun and glare control after remodeling. Preserving those views while addressing privacy in the primary bathroom were priorities.
We installed motorized solar shades in a dark screen fabric to reduce glare and filter strong sunlight while maintaining daytime views. In the primary bathroom, light filtering roller shades provide greater privacy while allowing natural light and coordinating with the remodeled interior.
