Dual Woven Wood and Roller Shades for a Bedroom in Madison, Seattle
Longtime condo owners in Seattle’s Madison neighborhood needed to replace worn corded bamboo shades and wanted more warmth and texture in the bedroom. Improved privacy and easier operation were also priorities.
We installed sheer woven wood shades to introduce natural texture, then layered motorized roller shades behind them for added privacy, glare control, and automated operation. The two treatments work together to provide both decorative softness and practical light management.
The finished layered window treatment adds visual warmth to the bedroom while giving the homeowners greater flexibility for privacy, glare control, and everyday use.
