It was time for our clients to upgrade the window coverings in their primary bedroom to motorized, room-darkening shades with top-down/bottom-up functionality in Seattle, WA. One challenge was the large dimensions of the windows. We installed Hunter Douglas Duette® Architella® shades with PowerView® Automation, configured asymmetrically to fit the window openings. These shades addressed their goals for convenient operation, privacy, light control, and maintaining the view. The fabric beautifully complements the freshly repainted room, and the addition of the Gateway allows seamless integration with their devices, making it a perfect fit for a smart home.
