Returning Fremont clients were continuing a multi-phase upgrade to motorized window coverings and ready to replace their existing shades, this time focusing on the primary bedroom and bathroom with different needs for room darkening, privacy, and natural light. We installed Hunter Douglas Duette® Architella® honeycomb shades with PowerView® Automation in the bedroom, using an asymmetrical layout to fit the large windows, and light-filtering motorized top-down/bottom-up honeycomb shades in the bathroom for privacy, daylight, and convenient operation. The finished shades complement the newly painted interiors while making daily light, privacy, and room-darkening adjustments easier across both spaces.

Honeycomb Shades for Townhome Living & Dining in Maple Leaf, Seattle
Floor-to-ceiling street-facing windows in a new Maple Leaf townhome offered abundant daylight but left the homeowners exposed to nearby pedestrians and neighbors.
