Roller & Honeycomb Shades for a Vacation Cabin in Bainbridge Island
Longtime clients purchased a Bainbridge Island cabin and wanted window treatments that matched its rustic interiors while improving sleep, privacy, and light control. Bedrooms, skylights, and living areas required different solutions.
We installed room darkening honeycomb shades on bedroom windows and skylights, using solar powered chargers on the tall skylight shades instead of replacing batteries. Light filtering roller shades in coordinating textures and colors were used throughout the living areas.
The combination gives the vacation home a cohesive look while providing stronger bedroom light control, filtered daylight in shared spaces, and practical operation for the skylights.
