Motorized Honeycomb Shades for Floor-To-Ceiling Windows in Seattle
Tall floor-to-ceiling windows in this Seattle townhome brought in abundant light, but furniture blocking access made the existing honeycomb shades difficult to operate. Street-level privacy was another important concern.
We installed Hunter Douglas Duette® Architella® honeycomb shades with PowerView® Automation and top-down/bottom-up operation. The shades allow light at the top while keeping the lower portion covered for privacy, and the PowerView® Gateway allows easier operation away from the windows.
The new honeycomb shades make the tall windows easier to use while providing flexible privacy, natural light, and motorized control suited to the room layout.
