A Queen Anne condo loft had expansive city views, but too much incoming light made sleep difficult, and heat from being on the top floor added to the discomfort. The homeowners also wanted a simpler way to raise multiple shades at once.

The finished bedroom loft now offers stronger room darkening, better heat control, and easier operation, all while keeping the city view when shades are raised.
